Yes, the included files will work in both Lightroom and Photoshop/ACR. ACR (Adobe Camera Raw) comes installed with Photoshop. Unlike actions, you will access these in the Camera Raw panel when opening RAW files into Photoshop. Please note, these are NOT Photoshop Actions.
